Our promise

We appreciate that to fully test a speakers capabilities you really need to hear it in your own room with your own equipment. We are confident that you will love what the HEX3 speakers bring to your listening experience however if for any reason you decide that they are not for you we will happily take them back (UK customers only).

Conditions apply:

1. You must advise us in writing within 14 days of the delivery of the HEX3 that you intend to return them.
2. They must be returned in the same  condition as you received them (as new). We must be notified of any damage prior to returning them & we may make a deduction from your refund for any loss in the value of the goods supplied.
3. They must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories.
4. The return shipping is at the customers (your) expense. It is  recommended that they are shipped with full tracking and insurance.
5. This offer excludes customised items & international sales.
6. In the event of a refund, we will action this as soon as the goods are returned, and this can take 14 days to reach your bank account.
7. The above policy does not affect your statutory rights including your rights in relation to faulty goods.
